Return and Refund Policy

When you order from Tampa Bay Trekker, we want you to be happy.

Our packages come with tracking and insurance, and while we cannot accept package returns if something in your package arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo of your item within 3 days of receiving your package and we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you or your recipient.
